I really don't think I have to elaborate here. DM test 1 has been released. Check the files section for details. A few comments though. We have limited the scope of this DM test on purpose to better focus on the core design of the TC, namely force use, saber use, and weapon use together with player movement. Therefore the lack of levels among other things. Don't worry though, this is where DM #2 will make your day =) Untill the however, why not do some mapping or modeling for you favorite mod? The Star Wars Universe surely offers a plethora of ideas... In any case, feel free to comment on the mod and send me bug reports or thought. I'm just happy we finally released something. New Iron Star system

The new Iron Star system has been programmed into the database. Here's how it works:
The Iron Star is awarded for winning a Training Office-approved competition. There are two types of add-ons depending on the type of competition. For all Flying competitions, Wings are awarded. For all Non-Flying competitions, Ribbons are awarded. The type of Wings or Ribbon awarded is dependent on the size of the competition.
Bronze - 1st place in a competition involving at least 6 pilots, runner-up award for Silver competitions, 3rd place/participating award for Gold or Platnium competitions
Silver - 1st place in a competition involving 4 or more squadrons or task units, 2nd place award for Gold or Platnium competitions
Gold - 1st place in a competition involving 3 or more wings/task forces.
Platinum - Training Office competition
Wings are worth FCHG points (1,3,5,10 pts respectively) but Ribbons are not.
Now, some people received awards during the first run of the Iron Star change. Your medal has been converted to the appropriate type. Check your personnel profile to see.
The FCHG point system hasn't been updated yet. I will be changing it today in an effort to redo and fix the FCHG system on the database without having to rely on moving to the new server.

Due to continuing questions - The character sheet stuff is still not officially out - nothing I can do about that.
However, since it seems to be approved ad just not included in the DSC yet, whoever wants to adapt his or her character right now can do so. Just drop me or Kaiann a mail about it and we'll guide you through.

After conference with the Deputy Grand Master, I am pleased to herein name Dark Adept Z'lar Kahn, a former Obelisk High Commander, as the new Commander of the Grand Master's Royal Guard. This selection was made with difficulty from a number of highly qualified Obelisk. After a brief settling/regrouping period, Adept Kahn will publicise through the DB News page or other common media when Initiates are being accepted again.
Congratulations, Adept Z'lar Kahn, and welcome back to the Dark Council . . . :)

Avenger Wing II Specific News

>The Avenger Thursday Night Training competitions, open to the fleet and the DB, are being held on the IRC channel #avenger from 8pm-11pm EST for both XVT-XWA. LoCs to winners, as is the DFC to the overall winner. JK too? Not yet.

>One item this week CMDR’s I want you to contact all your pilots and ask them to tell you if they have any clones in the fleet. If so they need to report to you. I expect a separate report on this next Wednesday before or after your regular squad report it does not matter please send it directly to me ccing FF. When I have all CMDR’s reporting in with their findings I will send this along to the new FO. This is something he wanted done. I also think that any unreported Clones will be dealt with harshly as well as each original character so do not even think about keeping this a secret. Thank you.

>Ok Pilots of Avenger Wing II Disaster has been averted I will not have to name us the wallowing zebras. Ask us to do something and we’ll run. :P I have enough submissions to get something good for the wing thank you for all that sent them in I will pick the two I like and send them over to Smitroc to add and I will when he’s done with that send it in for posting on the main TC Roster site. I will also at that time post the new nickname and motto Not until then. I will also wait to award the medals until after all is said and done :P

FLY these battles its an easy way to win a medal ESP if no one else submits in the platform you played it on :P

The Count Stands at 39. Up From 38 this is great.CMDR’s get those reports from your pilots on whether or not they have clones in the fleet.
