WC's Rant!:
This month on cheating! Please, DON'T do this! Whatever the short term benefits may be as regards high scores, etc, if you cheat you WILL get caught, and you WILL pay the penalties for doing it. The penalties are high, and include being busted all the way back down to SL, loss of position, all medals accrued, loss of FCHG rank and scores, and being unable to earn FCHG points in the future. It's not fun, people, please DON'T DO IT. If you can't complete a battle for a competition then fly it with Invul and unlimited ammo on, DON'T CHEAT.

Total Wing Missions / IWATs / Medals
We managed to get a total of 911 missions flown this month. That's great work! Let's see if we can do even better next month. :) Let's try and get over the 1,000 mission mark!

We had a total of 26 IWATS Course completions this month! Well done, keep it up!

A total of 46 medals were awarded this month! Well done, and keep working for those shinies!

Volunteers Needed for FMC
If you want to see the FMC come back to the Challenge, then get in touch with me. I'd prefer non-CMDR types so you guys can get some experience running competitions and stuff. :) We have approval to appoint people to become the Ship doctor and Nurse, but we need volunteers to do that. Duties will typically include running monthly trivia competitions, maintaining a Ship/Wing morale page, and hopefully helping out with the Cosmospolitan. :P

Challenge Newsletter Not Happening. :/
Hardly anyone sent in any submissions for this, so I'm afraid I'm going to pull the plug on it. The C.N.N. is now going to be working on the Cosmospolitan, a tongue in cheek glossy EH magazine (it was the first of the glossies that ever happened, predating Battlecry, Vogue, and others). If you want to get involved in that, let me know.

Challenge Recruitment Programme
The successful Challenge Recruitment Programme is still running, under the auspices of our very own Wing Commander, and ably aided and abetted by recruitment officers ship-wide. Current officers are:

Typhoon: TBA
Cyclone: TBA
Even if you're not an official recruitment officer, this doesn't stop you getting stuck in and recruiting people. If you want more information on recruiting, please talk to me!

Note that if you're interested in being a recruitment officer for your squadron, or another squad, then contact the commander of that squadron. :)
