Ship News
-Comp Coming Soon, details will be released tomorrow
-We're now the largest wing in the fleet with 46 pilots!(Update: The INT has tied us, what's this mean? RECRUIT!)
-Most MSE medals have been awarded, though some are still pending.
-WC's Own for September will be announced next week, sorry it's taking so long to get around to.

ASF News
-Nightmare is on an AWOL spree, which has boosted us to the biggest ship in the fleet.
-Avenger Squadron CMDR COL Dax Corrin, has resigned, I wish to congratulate him on his sucess and on the birth of his second child.

Crusader Easter Egg Hunt

Description: As some people know by now, my (Vladet Xavier's) last few reports have had some kind of 'easter egg': something that is hidden and can be found/unlocked (i.e. a hidden link to a certain picture, something extra added to an ID line, fake links, etc). The first pilot to discover and e-mail me the easter egg will receive an IS-BR for their efforts.

"How long will Gilad last?" Comp
Deadline: February 4th, 2004

Description: As our last 4 Wing Commanders have lasted less than the 4 month minimum, we are going to guess on how long our new WC MAJ Gilad will last in the position. Guesses will be sent to MAJ Choosh (mchenry@jefnet.com), who will award a IS-BR to the closest guess. If Gilad is still WC past 2/04/04 (end date) He will get the medal.

GW Top Gun Pilot Competition
Deadline: 11/7/2003
Description: Pilots are to fly a mission each week as selected by the comp coordinators. Competition is to run for an approximate total of 8 weeks. Medals are to be issued after each round to the winners and runners up. During each week, pilots who participate will gain points towards the end of the comp. At the end of the competition a final tally of all points will be assessed and the overall winners (1st and 2nd places) will be issued their respected medals. A rules section and awards web page will be posted by the comp coordinator at the Odin squadron website. (comp was previously drafted by me and reviewed by the Ships COM and BGCOM and given the okay)

Wing Commander's Forum
Another week down, October is half over if you have't been flying or active now is the time to start if you want medals at the end of the month! I will be announcing a comp tomorrow (Sunday) that we will be entering against Wings II and XI. I want to see some activity, let's show the Sov and BG what the ASF can do! Anyway, the Wolfpack Recruitment comp is still going and as I know, there isn't any recruiuting going on. Just because we are tied as the biggest wing in the fleet doesn't mean we can't take on a few more pilots? The INT is nipping at our heels currently. Sarin and I want 50ish ASAP. Note to CMDRs, all AWOLs, RSV and MIA transfers are to be sent through the database.

And remember! DON'T GET ELIMINATED! :P
