-Two new members, welcome back LCM Ghorg to Odin squadron and Welcome COL Wil Striker (Former INT WC and COM) to Phoenix!
-Congratulations to former Valkyrie FM Darwin Matir on being promoted to CA:LO
-With the addition of the two pilots and the departure of Darwin this brings our numbers to 58, we're knocking on 60's door. Let's bash it in before the end of the month, okay?
-A bunch of promotions this week, congratulations are in order to Captain Keiran Laserlight, Lieutenant Commander Reelo Antaan, Lieutenant Commander Valin Drago, and Lieutenant Kyp Durron (Atleast one of the SLs listened to my request...)
-There appears to be an increase in MP activity aboard the ship, that or the COO is getting his act together, either way I'm glad to see this.
-XvT WoW is going on through Friday, some in our crew are participating! I'll make an attempt it later in the week.
-LT Tiamat won the Banner Competition, his banner submission is shown above. LT Ambar Kilick finished second. Honorable Mentions to CPT Kael Malahk.

Competitions
Wolfpack Recruitment Comp III
Deadline: December 7th, 2003
URL: http://www.emperorshammer.net/competitions/details.asp?ID=992
Description: IS-SR to the top recruiter for the month, IS-BR to the runner-up. Recruits must come to this wing, make sure that they request it.

Crusader Easter Egg Hunt
Deadline: December 31st, 2003
URL: http://www.emperorshammer.net/competitions/details.asp?ID=994
Description: As some people know by now, my (Vladet Xavier's) last few reports have had some kind of 'easter egg': something that is hidden and can be found/unlocked (i.e. a hidden link to a certain picture, something extra added to an ID line, fake links, etc). The first pilot to discover and e-mail me the easter egg will receive an IS-BR for their efforts.

"How long will Gilad last?" Comp
Deadline: February 4th, 2004
URL: http://www.emperorshammer.net/competitions/details.asp?ID=781
Description: As our last 4 Wing Commanders have lasted less than the 4 month minimum, we are going to guess on how long our new WC MAJ Gilad will last in the position. Guesses will be sent to MAJ Choosh (mchenry@jefnet.com), who will award a IS-BR to the closest guess. If Gilad is still WC past 2/04/04 (end date) He will get the medal.

Wolfpack Iron Star Competitions:
FCHG Comp- For the pilot who gains the most FCHG Points in a month
CR Comp- For the pilot who gains the most CR Points in a month
Wolfpack Ace- For the pilot who earn the most Pilot of the Week awards
Trivia Comp- For the pilot who answers the most Trivia questions in a month
Graphics Comp- For the pilot who submits the best graphics in a month

GW Top Gun Pilot Competition
Deadline: 11/7/2003 (Extended)
Description: Pilots are to fly a mission each week as selected by the comp coordinators. Competition is to run for an approximate total of 8 weeks. Medals are to be issued after each round to the winners and runners up. During each week, pilots who participate will gain points towards the end of the comp. At the end of the competition a final tally of all points will be assessed and the overall winners (1st and 2nd places) will be issued their respected medals. A rules section and awards web page will be posted by the comp coordinator at the Odin squadron website. (comp was previously drafted by me and reviewed by the Ships COM and BGCOM and given the okay)

Wing Commander's Forum
For starters, at this moment I notice that I am still lacking WSRs from two CMDRs. One is still missing their's from last week. This is unacceptable, if your report is going to be late contact me, that's all I ask. Next thing, we're pretty close to 60 people on the ship, we have a few more people coming in, one veteran and possibly 3 CTs. If we get these pilots this will put the ship within 11 people of having a full roster. Since 10/18/03 we have gained 11 pilots, in a month and four days. Your fellow Tie Corps members on other ships say this is impossible, I say not and I am out to prove them. Where can you find new recruits? For starts friends you know online or in person who have an interest in the platforms we use. Another would be the reserves, if you served with someone on a ship, whether it be here or on any other ship, look them up and email them. What's the worst that can happen? All they can do is either accept or turn you down. I will be emailing some old veterans of the wing in the coming weeks myself. Supremacy Comp is a little over a month away, start gearing yourself toward combat. I'm not asking you to fly 5+ battles a week, I'm asking for atleast a free mission, 5-10 minutes of your time. All of us have those moments atleast once a week where you're sitting there and trying to think of something to do. Why not fly a free mission or two, I mean why else did you join the Tie Corps? I only have classes half of this week, where am I going to be when I'm not stuffing my face on Thursday (And Wednesday in my case)? I'm going to fly a few battles. My inactivity in these past two weeks has set a poor example, something that I want make my goal, to lead by example. I will not ask you to give up your real life and plug yourself into a computer 24/7, and understand that there are forces out there for each and everyone of us that prevent that. Anyway, I'll end this report by wishing my fellow Americans a Happy and safe Thanksgiving. Long live the Grey Wolf!
