WING COMMANDER’S OWN
Epsilon Squadron

This month’s WC’s own is based on the number of pilots flying and supporting their commander,
during the time of crisis and in spite of a massive transfer during the last month.

IMPORTANT!
Although the TIE Corps Site has reopened, DO NOT DO ANY UPDATES to your personnel
record or submit any BSFs and such. A few roster changes, promotions and medals have been
processed, but access is still only allowed to members of the command staff, which does not even
include your Wing Commander or Sovereign Commodore. There is still no word on when
general access will be allowed.


COMPETITIONS
A. Whimpering Winds........The initial deadline has been moved back to October 31st, and may be
moved farther back. Commanders, I need to know how you feel about the participation of your
pilots. Will they fly when the database is back on line, or should the exercise be canned?

1. WEEKLY TIDBITS
Several pilots have been sent to the reserves after the dastardly strike by the rebels on our
communications facility. A few stragglers remain, as in Delta. Commanders check the roster at
the end of this report. It is the most current from the TC, and if it’s wrong, send your changes to
the Flight Officer, (spellfyre@btinternet.com) , the COMM (hullbreach@warpmail.net) as well as
myself to make sure we’ve got them all accounted.

RECRUIT!!
Use any strength you might think you have...love of TC, Star Wars, second language..same internet
provider. Remember if you help someone and they actually remember to mention your name on the
assignment form, YOU get the MoI, not the FO!!


2. WING NEWS AND STATUS
A. MSE’s and Reports
The Weekly reports are due no later than Monday of each week.
MSE’s were received from everyone but Lambda...LC Mike having been hit by a dastardly
scheme by his brother and the rebels to change his access options to the Internet.

B. COMMUNICATIONS
1 - Meetings to be held on Fridays in #Wing_I / the Undernet on mIRC at around 7PM eastern.
It’’s not a mandatory meeting, but I might actually be able to show up now and then.

5. SOVEREIGN NEWS/TC/EH News.
#OuterRim Saturday 2 p.m EST (7 p.m GMT).
Minos War competition between EH and VE begins on this monday ( 1 p.m - 10 p.m EST) on
#ehcoc I and Jon Doyle will host it. Come and support EH.
A new MP Academy is in workout. It's LCM Slawter Thren's idea and now VA Kyle Katarn, LC
Dax Corrin and I plan the details and work to set that project up. More info soon

OPS Stuff (from the TC meeting, Sunday 3 November, 02):
1) No database, when database comes up, ships will be assigned days for medal awarding.
2) Patches, Commander Tempest will be in charge of these, all patches and such must be
approved by him. And all things sent to him, MUST be CC'd to me. Along those lines, they must
be small, and they MUST fit under the FCHG Bar on both the Dress and Duty uniforms. Finally,
you are only allowed one patch per uniform, so there will be no more of those uniforms with a
patch work of ugly looking things.
