IMPORTANT!
The TIE Corps Site has pretty much reopened, however there is still a hang up with the BSF
processing. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER ANY BSFs until you get the go ahead from me or
the Flight Officer.


COMPETITIONS
A. Whimpering Winds........The initial deadline has still be pushed back until the BSF system is
back online. If you’d like to be Wing Commander’s own, and show that yes, you too are a pilot,
fly the battles and missions that your commanders have selected for you NOW!

1. WEEKLY TIDBITS
Several pilots have been sent to the reserves after the dastardly strike by the rebels on our
communications facility. A few stragglers remain, as in Delta. Commanders check the roster at
the end of this report. It is the most current from the TC, and if it’s wrong, send your changes to
the Flight Officer, (spellfyre@btinternet.com) , the COMM (hullbreach@warpmail.net) as well as
myself to make sure we’ve got them all accounted.

RECRUIT!!
Use any strength you might think you have...love of TC, Star Wars, second language..same internet
provider. Remember if you help someone and they actually remember to mention your name on the
assignment form, YOU get the MoI, not the FO!!


2. WING NEWS AND STATUS
A. MSE’s and Reports
The Weekly reports are due no later than Monday of each week. Work still needs to be done on
this. Commanders make sure that I am emailed your report seperately from the mailing list, just in
case you’ve been bounced.


B. COMMUNICATIONS
1 - Meetings to be held on Fridays in #Wing_I / the Undernet on mIRC at around 7PM eastern.
It’’s not a mandatory meeting, but I might actually be able to show up now and then.

Status update - SA Astatine [jpboyce@indigo.net.au]
There was a locking issue with the BSF system that was preventing zipped pilot files from being
loaded. Preliminary testing shows the problem appears to have been fixed. The TAC staff will be
conducting further testing over the weekend. This is pretty much the last major sticking point in
the site's functionality and once resolved, the site will go live.
