WING COMMANDER’’S OWN

IMPORTANT!
Although the TIE Corps Site has reopened, DO NOT DO ANY UPDATES to your personnel
record or submit any BSFs and such.

COMPETITIONS
A. The Sovereign Bombing Run Blowout! Overall, Wing I came in third. Lambda placed fourth
for squadrons. And our very own LC Freelancer won too many laurels to be placed here, but I’m
sure his hack will cover most of them.

B. Whimpering Winds....there has been a change or two....The initial deadline has been moved
back to October 31st, due to the long loss of the TIE Corps Site and resulting despondancy and
lack of activity that followed. Also, we are soon to be down to five squadrons again, so the
squadron without an opponent should choose a TIE, XvT and XWA battle and compete
internally. If you have any questions, contact your respective commanders.

C. The Wing I vs Hope Wing comp has entered into testing and should be ready soon. (Anyone
actually working on this anymore???)

1. WEEKLY TIDBITS
We lost several pilots after the dastardly strike by the rebels on our communications facility,
Including our beloved CM Ras Kronar. As a result, I have decided to close Epsilon Squadron
until we are better able to support it. CM Jennif Es’mith will be the commander, and LCMs
Mulder and Dehner will join her over in Beta. Commanders check the roster at the end of this
report and make sure it’s correct by your records and we’ll see that the TC roster gets updated as
well.

RECRUIT!!
Use any strength you might think you have...love of TC, Star Wars, second language..same internet
provider. Remember if you help someone and they actually remember to mention your name on the
assignment form, YOU get the MoI, not the FO!!

Well, looks like the site is back on the air...sorta. In relation to the database, the only thing we lost
was the uniforms. This was because I tried 3 times to export them and they just wouldn't play the
game. Since the uniforms weren't a critical aspect of the site, I decided to not bother with them.
All other information should be intact. In addition to this, along the way, the designation of the
index/identity fields seemed to have disappeared. Index/ID fields are those which contain a unique
value. Your PIN is an example of this. Right now I'm going through by hand, resetting this on all
the tables. The uniform uploading aspect of the site works and I'm assuming the BSF system will
work, but DON'T USE IT YET. Just because you can read this page, that doesn't mean the damn
site is working. :P When it's done, I'll post a news item saying it's done.
