Local News
Hoo boy! Lot's of things going on in Silencer-land. After our
reduction to 20 pilots early last week, the Flight Office and
personnel from this Wing have put together a massive effort, getting
us back to 25 pilots. We have gained 20% of our total Wing strength in
one week. In particular, congratulations to LT Tirna Q'Jira, who was
personally involved in three of those instances.

Welcome to COL Gunman, who has joined us of his own volition from the
ISD Colossus this week. Talons is an excellent Commander, and I'm sure
you'll enjoy yourself :)
I'm pleased to report that I already have two submissions in the early
stages of the Sovereign SP Ladder. In light of the enthusiasm from the
regular superstars, I'm throwing down the gauntlet to everyone else.
As you all may be aware, I have broken ribs. I will fly every mission
in this SP Ladder for this week regardless. If I can do it - you can
too!
Tie Corps News
- The WO is having Computer Issues. This means that Imperial Storm is
currently on hold until the problem is fixed. The SP Ladder is now our
top priority.
- There is a listing of open CMDR positions available on the news page.
- The OPS mentions some general guidlines for the submission of medal requests.
- The Sovereign Nighthawk Event is approved!
- The Reconnaisance Officer, AD Joe - has been promoted to Fleet
Admiral, and awarded the Medal of Honour in recognition of our superb
showing at Celebration III. Most of our recent cadets came to know of
the Emperor's Hammer through this event, and so FA Joe deserves our
gratitude.

Competition Description: Major Brin Chaser has broken a few ribs in
an... accident. Now he has four extra ribs! Pilots are requested to
write a report of the incident, explaining what happened, and what was
done about those pesky extra ribs. Submissions can be of any length.
Realism can be left at the door.

LCM J'Lek Arcanos - Promoted to Commander

Commander. J'lek has proven his ability to lead, compete and
participate on a level currently unmatched by any of his compatriots.
J'lek has a mountain of experience leading units in the Emperor's
Hammer and has a genuine concern for the well-being of his unit. J'lek
is also a personable pilot, able to communicate with both myself and
his pilots with ease. He is my ideal candidate."

*Oddly enough, Tirna was also awarded two more MoI's for the
instruction of SL Anne Saknussen and SL Marek Stelle, yet I haven't
received an email about them. Odd, but not too disturbing :-)
Summary
Okay! We have the tools, we have the talent. It's time we took over
this SP Ladder Competition. Get your submissions in as soon as you can
(SilencerHQ@gmail.com), and if you have any technical problems, get in
touch on either the mailinglist or the messageboards. This is the
Navy, we can't have you rushing into battle with busted equipment!
