Greetings,

welome to another edition of a wing report from a galaxy far far away. Although if I hadn`t LOST my map it would be closer - I bet Jon could borrow me his =P

Like already said to those who asked me: I`m accepting late submissions (ending tomorrow midnight PST) for the "Wing II Pilots vs Wing II Command" competition - since I only have files from: Moagim, Tempest, Granite & mine.

Anyways, last week finally saw some promotion action in the wing again. For their recent (and ongoing) level of work following Sigma pilots have been promoted:

- LT Blitz
- LT EXE
- LT Viper Pred

Gratulatins again guys, well done - as always, the promoted party pays the personnel drinks for 1 week :D

And another promotion: after digging through tons of messages (tho they were fun to read) & checking old Wing II reports in the wings e-group I found the proof that Commander Tim lacks a promotion! A promotion that was lost in the dtaabase crash over 1 year ago. Informing the FO solved that pretty fast and now Tim can wear the Captain rank again.

Last but not least I`d like to mention CM Brukhar here once again - "where are my April MSE medals >:P". Reviewing his activity for april a standard PC wouldn`t have been enough - so we decided to go a step higher and recommended a (better) Bronze Star. I`m sorry hat its not the Medal of Honor like I lied to you last night, but I assume this one is ok for you as well ;)

I have selected a new CA for the Flight Office! After careful review of all of the applications, I have chosen my new CA. I will first say that there were some very good, very qualified officers who have shown interest in this position.

Without further ado, I would like to announce that AD Proton has been chosen as the new CA:FO. His e-mail address is hullbreach@gmail.com . Very important that he now get all the reports as he will be the new report monkey for the Flight Office.

Turn 3 in the war-game is now complete with no major events taking place. This is the first turn Teams have been awarded Victory Points for controlling planets. The standings currently are:

Due to RL constraints, I have fallen behind in my duties to the point where even I am appalled :P

To this end, I am opening up the position of COMMA to applications from applicants willing to apply.

All applicants that apply must be willing to perform the following duties.

* Updating the moderators on the Message Boards
* Keeping the COMM website up to date
* Working with the COMM... that's right... it's not as easy as it sounds!
* Any other duties I feel like foisting off onto you

Imperial Storm - Battle Results
07:20 - HA Priyum Patel

The results are finally in for the Battles that took place at the end of Turn 1 -

The ASF was beaten by the Sith Fleet, who now claim the planet of Ryloth. The Sith SP scores were also higher than the ASF, so they get to save 600 points worth of ships lost in the XWA MP battle. The highest TIE scoring Sith pilot was Zethy and the highest XvT scoring Sith pilot was Gidda. On the ASF side, the highest TIE scorer was Blackrage, who also scored the highest for XvT.

In the other battle, the Sovereign claimed victory over the TCBG, but only after suffering heavy losses themselves. For their pains, they have now captured the planet of Mon Calamari. The TCBG scored higher in the SP averages and so may now save 520 points from their otherwised destroyed Fleet. The highest TIE scoring Sov pilot was Tempest. For the TCBG, it was Landeux on both platforms.

Turn 2 was relatively quiet with planets being captured and pacified, and Fleets tending to their wounds. The game continues...

Freeworlds - Training Days
