phpBB, which is the same technology as the old ehnet.org board, but with a more "
Star Warsy" feel. That being said, all continues to be quiet within Psi, and aboard the Sovereign
in general. I'm sure activity will pick up as people return from their holidays, but it
never hurts to fly a mission or complete an IWATS. Squadron Status There are currently two fleet-wide competitions taking place. The first is Mission
Creation Incentive, being hosted by the newly appointed TACO, RA Frodo. The

an email. Thanks. Wednesday · December 29 · 2004 Spell Check Your Medal Recommendations! I try to be very careful when writing e-mails and posting things online to make sure
that I use correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation. I'm seeing many medal
recommendations (at all levels of the TIE Corps) that are simply hurried through with
misspelled words and vague descriptions. From this point on, I will no longer approve
medal recommendations with gross spelling errors. We should pride ourselves on
our appearance. Also, think of your pilots and their historical records. No one wants to
think that they were awarded a medal in such a hurry that their CMDR, WC, COM, or even
BGCOM can't take the time to write out a proper recommendation. Thank you in advance

The position of Training Officer is one of the most demanding in the Emperor's
Hammer. The position covers a wide range of duties and the successful candidate will be
expected to lead by example.
1. Proven experience in running competitions, preferably involving a scope larger
than a TIE Corps Wing (or similar)
2. Good written communication skills
3. An acceptable level of presence in online media such as IRC, message boards, etc.
4. Fast email response time.
5. The ability to work with a range of EH personnel, including the Executive
Officer.
6. Experience at some level of command.

2. Previous successful large-scale competition experience
When addressing the selection criteria, you must supply supporting evidence to back
up your claim of meeting the criteria. A generally accepted model is the STAR model,
where you outline a Situation, Task, Action and Resolution relating to the criteria. You
should meet at least the essential criteria to be considered for the position.
You must include at least three (3) references in your application. At least one must
be a current or former superior (preferably current). Ensure you have their permission
first. If it is found out that you have used someone's name without their permission, your
application will be disqualified.
Performance will be evaluated in a number of key areas. These include submission of
reports, number of complaints from members, online conduct, achieving tasks and duties
outlined in the Training Manual, as well as tasks outlined in the EH Tasks List for this
position. Above average performance will be rewarded, while below average performance,
if continual, will result in removal from the position.
Applications should be directed to the Fleet Commander (fc@emperorshammer.org)
with the subject "Application for TO". The application should include your
response to the selection criteria and other relevant details, such as your ID line and
contact details.

Each Squadron Commander can make recommendations to their Wing Commander
who will choose three (3) members of their wing to receive the CoL and forward the names
to their Commodore and Battlegroup Commodore. Each BGCOM may recommend up to
three (3) more awards for their flag officers. The Battlegroup Commander will collate the
awards for their battlegroup and forward the names (with pin numbers) to the Flight
Officer (fo@emperorshammer.org) and
myself (ops@emperorshammer.org).
Each Clan Consul may make up to three (3) recommendations from their members,
which they will forward to the Chancellor and Grand Master of the Dark Brotherhood. The
Grand Master will also be able to make up to five (5) additional recommendations for
members of the Dark Brotherhood. Once collated, the Dark Brotherhood recommendations
should be submitted to the Operations Officer (ops@emperorshammer.org) by the Grand Master
only.
Each of the above listed subgroups will be able to recommend up to ten (10)
members to receive the Commendation of Loyalty. These recommendations are to be sent
to the Operations Officer (ops@emperorshammer.org) only by the leader of each
respective subgroup.
Recommendations from each of the Command Staff and Advisors will be received on
a case-by-case basis. Recommendations should be sent directly to the Operations Officer
(ops@emperorshammer.org).
All recommendations must be submitted to myself (and the Flight Officer where
required) by the 10th of January at 12:00 Midnight EST. That's one
week. Hurry hurry.
