Been a bad week for me personally, but a good week for Rho activity, with Daar hurting my hand with BSFing his tfrs. =P I hit upon the brilliant idea of formating my computer and then reinstalling with a copy of WinXP. Unfortunately I opened up a can of worms with that idea. Literally so. =P

LT Viper-Pred: Has reported in and mentioned that he has TIE problems,
so he's out of action for the moment. But he reported in, Yay!
CM Dweez- Maintaining our beloved Rhobot in #airlock54 on IRC, flew a Free TIE mission, and being himself! YAY!
LT Moagim Daar: shudders This boy sure is a flying fool. Hounding me
day and night with tfrs on all sides. And he has returned from vacation and buried me again with tfrs! Yay! =P
Conclusion
Activity is maintaining its nice upwards trend, so keep it up. I'm in the market for ideas regarding competitions so feed me your ideas and I'll reword it so that it looks like it came directly from my head and I'll take all the credit for it...err... Aw just send me your competition ideas, will you? =P

Online battle/mission submission form

Tactical Office is proud to announce the release of the "Online Mission Submission Form". Until today, you had to search the database for TAC's mail (like it was something difficult :P) and then write a mail. You could often forget attaching pilot or even mission file. Now, it's over.
Visit this webpage fill the form you find there and hit submit. And the you go. You will receive confirmation email. Don't forget to attach both battle and pilot file!

The next Freeworlds version, 1.65, is due to be released within a week, if not sooner. This new version is hugely improved over the current mod, bringing 8 new systems (including Bastion, Kuat, Kessel, Calamari) and over 20 new fighters and transports, such as the TIE Cyclone, Marauder Corvette and Gallofree Transport. In addition to these, trade routes have been overhauled to give Traders new ways of earning cash. Fighter pilots have not been forgotten either, with the mission system receiving a very welcome revamp (including the addition of the infamous $1,000,000 Missions - watch out for the Dreadnoughts). The EH has had it's new 1.65 ship list finally approved and I'm very pleased to be able to present it here:

IWATS Freeworlds - The majority of the information contained within the notes are still extremely pertinent and serve as a good primer to getting connected onto the server and playing.
ISD Predator Info - This site details how FW currently works within the TIE Corps, including things like awards.

TE IX: New Republic vs Empire

I know this is short notice, but the EH's aid has only just been requested in tonight's FW Territorial Engagement. The New Republic will be attacking the ISD Chimaera and Golan I Station in the Bilbringi System.
The battle will start at 11PM GMT / 6PM EST. As usual, we will meet in #isd_predator 30mins before the start to issue orders and discuss the defence plan. Also be on Team Speak if you can. Full details can be found on the Burnout site here.
