Here's how he got it!
Reason given for request: Since his arrival, Rez has literally kept Epsilon flying, and is a key reason Epsilon has a shot at SSL success. He has assisted myself, LT Trooper Xarn, CM Max and several cadets with technical issues on multiple occasions, has instructed most of the squad on how to install, configure and use the EHBL, and I believe deserves recognition for what is effectively a thankless job.
In the absence of the Force, this man is our duct tape.
