Epsilon Squadron Report #43

News

This week marked the beginning of yet another Epsilon rebirth (we seem to be getting good at these :) . Fresh from the Platform Daedalus, we are joined by Lieutenant Valdimore Cozar.

He's a Saxaphone Player, Image Creator and Rebel-blowerupper-er. Good to have you with us :P

I am also currently assisting another two interested cadets with their training, while making contact with some hopefully soon to be interested cadets. Things are looking up!

Competitions

EPSILON V SIGMA - ROUND TWO!

You heard me right.

It's *payback* time >:-)

One Iron Star Bronze Wings will be up for grabs, with the most deserving pilot being judged by the SOVCOM himself!

How's that for peer recognition? :P

The compeition has commenced already and will conclude on the 30th.
We have 9 days.

EPSILON V SIGMA - THE HOME FRONT

This competition involves all of our Wing.

Create an image with the theme "Epsilon vs Sigma". The image can be of any size (within reason) and can be of any persuasion (battle scene, propaganda poster - whatever you like)

Entries will be judged by myself (gjwai@powerup.com.au) and the winner shall be awarded an Iron Star - Silver Ribbon. Second Place shall be awarded an Iron Star - Bronze Ribbon. Hopefully we can make these sort of comps a regular occurance.

- Contacted more cadets, with positive results.
- Flew for 71 FCHG in Freeworlds
- Flew XvTFREE 41, will refly to boost score.
- Awarded MoI for assisting LT Cozar with his training
- Submitted two approved Comps (above)

- Assigned on the 17th November
- Created an utterly *stunning* squadron patch
- Created an image for the Home Front Competition
- Promoted to Lieutenant
- Flew XvTFREE 41- reflying for comp score
- In constant contact

2/1 LCM Rez Chaser

- No flight activity (caught up in the World of Warcraft Beta - and has now gained a Sims addiction)
- In constant contact

2/2 LCM Trooper Xarn

- No flight activity (that computer isn't getting fixed in the near future)
- In constant contact
- Undertaking some *odd* webcam conversations (Cyber High Five!)

Summary

A good week guys, a little pick up in flight activity would be nice, but I can live with what I'm seeing here :)
