This is the event that you’ve all been waiting for, with great anticipation and after waiting in line to get your tickets and pop corn its finally TIME!!!!!!!! So, I would like to officially welcome you all to the first WSR I’ve ever written… Frodo did the rest, but the hoax is over… hence the time delay…

First off, I’m happy to announce that there are a few other COMs/WCs that surly hate us just a tad more. So with this new-found hatred for AES, Please Welcome LC Vladet Xavier and welcome back MAJ Ace [applause]. Vlad join Colonel flight and Ace returns to his old spot, no one bothered to clean it so the Ace dirt is still there…

NOW, one great thing that happened during the latest part of August and the beginning of September, and I am sure you have all heard about it… The EH Placed First in Both XvT (tied) and XWA WoWs as well as a 2nd place finish in JA WoW (I think it was JA) now THAT is one hell of an achievement for us, since we’ve never even placed first in XvT WoW before… Big Congrats to all that flew in any of those WoWs, you did great and I hope to see you all fly in September’s WoWs…

Now with our ruling recent WoWs I believe that a certain 1337 sp33k term could be included…

Speaking of WoWs, the Zone has announced that XvT and XWA zone rooms along with a few others will be closed sometime this October (Deja vue anyone??). Some of the bigger Zone clubs along with BSC are working on a solution, either saving the Zone or making a substitute. Either way, since we’re not that big on the zone or BSC we’ll be taking a secondary role in all of this, helping them out when they ask and such, doing our part (a la Starship troopers :P). Sooooooo I’d ask you all to hang out on the Zone, in the XvT/XWA rooms when you have the time… if you’re just checking your mail or chatting on IRC then you can join those rooms, don’t need to fly or anything. Hell, we might even get lucky and be able to recruit someone from the zone by doing just that, sitting there and doing nothing… So lets get started!!

Comps, Comps, comps…. None of us won any of the XO ones, that’s for sure… and we’ve all eliminated from DSS or SSP… AES Free mission challenges are still up, DL and fly the free missions and if you beat the High Score then you’ll get some nice HTML (or is it ASP??) added to your Profile in the forms of an IS-BW…. Yay! I’d like to note that the last free to fly, BoP Free 30 is really easy to beat the HS since I made the battle… just don’t fly it on medium or hard… it’ll take you for ever… now here is a list of the Free missions that you can fly to get ISs…

As for other comps going on, Imperial Storm 5 (I think we’re at five now) has started, it really is more for us to hear about and maybe look at and for the Flags to have fun with… I myself have been… appointed/assigned to fly some XWA MP for the ASF in this comp! Just so you know, I’ve been sorta out of contact for this past week, well I just started College and the first week was a little filled with gatherings involving drinking some weird water with wheat and such in it… well most of that is over now and my schedule should become a lot more stable and regular so You’ll be able to catch me a lot more online now. Also, so that you all know, my busy days are Mondays and Thursdays, I only have class in the morning on most other days… hmpf… well… that’s it for that stuff…

Now on to some more fun stuff… I… “rented” and saw I Robot last weekish… hmpf… it was an enjoyable movie, pretty good actually. The ending was, semi-expected but the bad guy was a surprise to me, I’d say its worth to rent it, nearly on the line for paying money to go to the theatre… aparently its loosly based on some book… I think it’s called “I” by some russian guy… and from what I heard/read of that book, its something on the lines of “1984” and “A Brave New World” but from the people I know that read “I” said that Robut wasen’t like it that much… good fun action, Will Smith acting… well… uh… different… he’s pretty cool in this one, as usual… but he’s wearing Punk Shoes… what gives??? And the most surpriseing… NO ONE got the girl!!! Hmpf… or the man… which ever point of view you prefer…

I Robut (Futurama Pun :P) gets 3 and 3 quarter Nightmares out of 5 total Nightmares, I might update it to 4 outa 5 if I get the time to see it again…
