I'll take care of it this week-- end of quarter (March 31) at my job is keeping me busy almost around the clock right now, as soon as I survive this Wednesday I'll have the free time I need to process them, contact potential new recruits, and... sadly... declare LC Brandon AWOL.
Squadron News:
- SSL Round 2 has started. X doesn't have time to fly this round, what about everyone else?
- If anyone needs help getting TIE running with the EHBL, please let me know. I've only tried TIE/Windows XP/EHBL, I haven't tried XWA yet...
- SSL TIE-FREE 245 help, based on tips from GN Pellaeon and AD Proton: disable the SHU, then disable everything else in sight. Only one wave each of T/I and X-W Bic. Disable X-W Kelter (Keller?) and then the CRL, as X-W Kelter carries advanced missiles and launches from the CRL. By disabling the CRL you can engage X-W Kelter as soon as they leave the hangar without worrying about laser fire from the CRL... this so X-W Kelter don't have time to send advanced missiles up your tailpipe.
Send your wingmen home-- I haven't tried this yet, I figure my score would be 1-2k higher (33.8k here w/lasers) if I did...
