Praetorian Squadron Report #4, 16-04-2003

SQUADRON NEWS

· XO Andrzej Mezynski was promoted to COL this week for his longtime service, dedication & outstanding work in & for the Squadron. Congrats Iceman!



· Due to the current EH/DB situation, LCM Dubar Jafar has decided to resign his position from the squadron. It can't have been an easy decision to make, and we wish him well.



· The second round of the Sovereign Squadron League has ended. Thanks go out to all of you for participating. Round 3 is now underway, the assigned battles are TIE-FREE 198, XWA-FREE 73, & XvT-FREE 137. Files need to be sent to me before the 25th April.



· The Praetorian Recruiting Competition is still in the signup stage. So far we have 3 pilots who have signed on, but there is still a week to go before the comp begins. Again, if you know any pilots who you think can make the grade, encourage them to sign up!



· Praetorian Quiz #4 round 2 is underway. AD Troutrooper is leading the comp so far with 8 points (and I'm still trying to figure out where to get the answers for some of those questions :P) Email MAJ Shae Kitane if you haven't got or need another copy of the questions. Round 2 ends 21st April.



· I'm going to be on a weeks leave starting tomorrow, which is why the report's a few days early :P COL Iceman is in charge until I get back. And i'll be changing the lock-code on the CMDR's Booze Stashbefore I go, so you'll have to find some other way to amuse yourselves :P
