Avenger Squadron bids a sad farewell to Zoron, who will transfer due to burnout and lack of activity at the levels he expects from himself as an Elite Squadron member. We wish you the best in your endeavours!
Dax is sitting at 2490 FCHG points, soon will hit 2500! Golly, it would sure be nice if there were still career medals!


Personnel Transfers:

- Avenger Squadron will lose 1 pilot:
MAJ Zoron will be transferring to Drax' wing. Good luck there! *Wonders if he will end up in Tau too.* >:P




Medals and Awards:

Az receives 24 LoCs, ISM, IS-SW for XvT WoW!
Girhty gets 24 LoCs, ISM, IS-GW for XvT WoW!
Dax gets ISM, 6 LoCs (pending) for MP comps this week.
Pellaeon gets an ISM.
Ace003 gets ISM, 3 LOCs, IS-SW for T wing Trance!




Current Competitions:

- There are currently several competitions running at the Squadron level and the Fleet-wide level. Avengers should participate in as many of these as possible.

Fleet-wide Competitions:

#ehcoc MP Events Several Multiplayer Competitions take place weekly in #ehcoc. You can find a schedule of competitions at The Combat Office .
Week of War: These are hosted at BSC and flown on the Zone. Info can be found at Battlestats or on theZone. All Avengers should participate in these!
XWA Nicked by Razors: Comp starts today! EH members are allowed to fly against each other in this comp. Get out there!
Sovereign Squadron League is in full swing! Thatks to Az and Girthy for submitting XWA pilot files for this one, Round 3 should be released soon!


Avenger Competitions:

Avenger Iron Star Competitions Each month Avenger Hosts Five Iron Star Competitions. The Competitions consist of: FCHG-The Pilot who gains the most FCHG in a month, CR-The Pilot who gains the most CR in a month, Avenger Ace-The Pilot who earns the most Pilot of the Week awards in a month, Graphics-The pilot who submits the best graphics in a month, Beat The CMDR-The Pilot who beats the CMDR in a head on MP match.
New Flight Names If you can design new flight names, that I like, you will win a Iron Star. New flight names are always welcome for consideration.

CMDR's Thoughts

Pilot of the week: Azazel! Az took the top spot in the XWA WoW and has received a load of medals lately for his outstanding work. Congrats!

With the impending departure of Zoron to a line squadron, Az will be appointed the new Avenger XO. He has ideas for a MP comp, (given to him by Ace003) the winner of which will be invited to join the Avenger Elite Squadron. More details will be provided as this plan gets firmed up.



I believe that Zoron's departure is also related to the lack of career medals recently implemented by the OPS office. I am also 10 points away from 2500 FCHG, and less than 25 away from 500 CR, which only 2 poeple have ever reached before in the history of the EH. Too bad I won't get anything for those accomplishments. I'll still strive to reach them, but it won't mean as much without something shiny to hang on my uni. It's not like anyone gets to 500 CR every day. *RANT OVER*
