· "Mission Creation Wars" has begun. Halc and I have entered as a team, so help cheer us on to victory!
· Even more patches from the SCO for TIE and XvT!
· New Wing VIII commander is LC Samuel Shadd. See below for our special welcoming gift to him.



Ship News:


· The Sovereign Battles of the Month for February battles results have been passed on to the higher-ups, so expect to hear results soon.
· Operation Outrageous Fortune, still going. We had a battle this weekend, and lost some more of our fleet, but we did destroy 3 squadrons of GUNs.
· Sovereign Squadron League starts March 15. We’re automatically entered in TIE for sure—let me know if there’s interest in our squadron doing XvT or XWA as well.

· Flight comp vs. Wing VIII: We won, thanks is large part to great participation from Teth and Yod. Go us! See the mail from Wolvie for more details. I get to keep the IS-SWs until Mini’s score get processed and things get sorted out.

· The Yod Citation Marathon Comp has started. Since they’re for Dead Ewok Citiations, and we’ve got the Sov Squadron League coming up, consider this a very low priority. Still, though, it’s one of the easier ways to earn an IS-BW—make it 15 weeks with a battle a week (even on easy with invulnerable/unlimited warheads), and you’re good to go.
