Congratulations to Girth Snail for his outstanding performance at the recent XvT WoW! His 28-4 record kicked booty...Our former Avenger Gruckn Rahn did well, with a 24-12 record. Az shined with 6-2, and Dax sucked with a 2-5 record. :( The Zone has moved the XvT and XWA rooms after the public outcry at the announcement of the elimination of the rooms from the Zone. HOLY COW! this is my 25th report as Avenger Squadron commander. It only seems like 50. >:Þ
Ace has compiled a list of battles that we can fly to get to 400 citations. Most of which only need one of us to fly. I haven't seen many battles to BSF for quite a while, let's get busy and get to 400!
Hey everyone, I fell that we should target the 400 citation mark, currently we have 348 which makes 400 within our grasps if we all work to get it. We got to 300 first so lets not let anyone beat us to 400 ;-)

Current Competitions:
- There are currently several competitions running at the Squadron level, the Battlegroup level, and the Fleet-wide level. Avengers should participate in as many of these as possible.
Fleet-wide Competitions:
#ehcoc MP Events Several Multiplayer Competitions take place weekly in #ehcoc. You can find a schedule of competitions at The Combat Office .
Week of War: These are hosted at BSC and flown on the Zone. Info can be found at Battlestats or on theZone. All Avengers should participate at these!

Avenger Competitions:
Avenger Iron Star Competitions Each month Avenger Hosts Fivex Iron Star Competitions. The Competitions consist of: FCHG-The Pilot who gains the most FCHG in a month, CR-The Pilot who gains the most CR in a month, Avenger Ace-The Pilot who earns the most Pilot of the Week awards in a month, Graphics-The pilot who submits the best graphics in a month, Beat The CMDR-The Pilot who beats the CMDR in a head on MP match.
New Flight Names If you can design new flight names, that I like, you will win a Iron Star.
Recruitment Avenger Pilots will be awarded a Iron Star Bronze Ribbon for recruiting new Pilots!

CMDR's Thoughts
Pilot of the Week Girthy: Not only did he dominate the XvT WoW, he reached 1,000 FCHG and 250 CR this week! Way to go, Girthy! Career medals are NOT on the way! :P
Low pilot count: We need some more pilots to fill the ranks. Evaluate talent and let me know names of pilots who would qualify to join our fraternity. IS-BR for those who recommend a pilot that joins our ranks. (pending approval of the OPS office)
I am (pending awarding of 2 LoCs) 16 points away from something only one other pilot in the history of the EH has done: Have a combined 500+ CR AND a 2500+ FCHG level. Only rthe mighty Bruc has both...I'll never catch him, but at least I can be counted in the same breath as him. Wish me luck as I push toward one of my most important goals in my EH career!
Everyone take good care of their moms this weekend as Mother's day arrives. Remember, where would we be without them?
