Greetings, everyone!

It's time to turn the page and start a new one in the history of Mem Squadron: welcome to the first report made by the new Mem Squadron Commander, i.e. me! Well, not actually the FIRST one of my career, but the first one since I stepped down from the Mem CMDR position back in June 2000. So, as a start to my second reign here, I would like to thank my predecessor, COL B.J. Morgan, for all the fine work he did in Mem and bid him farewell and the best of luck with his new assignment in Praetorian Squadron!

That said, it's time to get down to business...

Squadron News :

- MAJ Yoman (that's me) became the new Mem CMDR

- LCM Ryan Chi'Cath was awarded an Iron Star - Bronze Ribbon (IS-BR) for his victory in the Wing V Trivia competition. Congrats!

Other Stuff :

- Flight Members can now be promoted up to the rank of Commander (CM). Check the TIE Corps domain for more info.

Current Events :

- Squadron League Round #5 is still on, the deadline is May 23rd - 6 days away. We currently have a total of 6 pilot files (2 TIE, 3 XWA and 1 XvT) so I'm still expecting a couple more. According to COL Morgan, Mem stands quite nice in the competition - let's keep it up! Check the missions below :

- Wing V Top Ace Comp: the most active pilot of each month will receive an Iron Star - Silver Wings (IS-SW) and gets his name in the hall of fame. Go for it!

- Wing V Escort Squad Comp: the most active squadron of each month will be named the "Wing V Escort Squadron" and gets the bragging rights with tons of fame. Nice!
