-Our numbers are still low and we need to make sure that we are all recruiting
-Everyone needs to make sure that they have their INPR and Uniforms updated
-Now that I have had some time with all of you I am going to start looking at all of you for some postitions in the squad... I need 2 FL, an XO which I think might be a FL but not sure yet, a citations officer...If you are interested in any of these positions please send me an application telling me what you have accomplished in your time in EH, what you would like to do if your given the position and why you think that you should get it.
The things that FL's need to be able to do from IWATS Squad Management III
---Assist with the Squadron Homepage or design a homepage for the Flight
---Maintain continuous contact with the Squadron Commander and all Pilots in the squadron, not just in their Flight.
---Regularly participate in squadron and wing activities
---Learn how a squadron runs and how to manage one
---Learn procedures Squadron Commanders must follow
---Serve as an Acting Squadron Commander if the Squadron Commander is on leave
---Recruit for the squadron
---Welcome new pilots to the squadron
---Attend online meetings
---Post on Squadron or Wing message boards

Weekly Fiction
-Again this weeks fiction is from Major MD
"MD couldn't wait, he would be pulling his final prank in this wing today and he had it all planed out. All that was left was to wait for the opertune time. Finally it came.
Bubba was walking through the hangar as MD watched from the scafolds high above. Sudenly the young CMDR twitched, he could feel something in the force wasn't right. To distract him, Murkrow lauched as many tools and junk posible at the man.
Bubba dodged most of them with ease, others MD had to move as to not hit his target yet. So far so good...
Then with the grace only a Jedi could pull off, MD jumped from the rafters and pulled a canvas bag over his former underling, wile stoping the debris and replacing it at the same time. It was time to start phase two.
MD brought the CMDR to a weapons locker that was seldome used and uncovered some of "Sicky's secret stash" that had been left behind. He injected the CMDR with what ever drug was in it and used the force and the halucenegenic effect of what ever it was to play with the CMDRs mind.
Bubba, thinking MD was now his WC would take any comand that was given.
"Bubba!" MD started after sending his the the bar to get him a drink to make sure the treatment worked, "I have an important mission for you. Escort this droid to Hutt space, it is programed to negotiate a deal with them that will prove very important to our up comming mission. Now hurry up and go! but first, put this on, it's a serimonial dress out fit that the Hutts will be very pleased with." With that, MD loaded the CMDR on an outbound shuttle and programed his droid to send a live feed back to the wing.*
**Bubba came to his sences hours latter and found himself presenting a droid to a Hutt... The droid sudenly started a holo projection.
"Greatings Borga. I am DJK Murkrow Defender, a very influential member of the emperor's hammer. I am sure that cooperation between us can provide mutual tactical advantages. To open the way for posible future dialogs I present you a gift, this droid and this slave, he has served me well." Murkrow's hologram said, then turned and gave an evil smile towards Bubba.
"What the heck?!" Bubba shouted then looked down and saw that he was wearing nothing but leather underpants. "NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! This is a BIG misunderstanding! I'm no slave, especially not one to take to bed if that's what your thinking! I'm a fighter squadron CMDR, my squadron and wing will be converging on you so fast if you even, GET AWAY FROM ME! NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Bubba shouted as he was carted off kicking and screaming by several Gamorean guards as the Hutt just laughed.**
***Back in the wing Cantina, every one laughed with the Hutt at the live feed comming from the droid. Finnaly the WC aproched MD. "Ok Murkrow, I think he's had enough. Go get my CMDR back will you?"***

Squad Activity
-Everyone needs to turn in 1 battle or at least 4 free missions every week....It only takes about an hour to fly a battle out of the 168 hours in a week...we can all find time to fly at least one. There are other things that count towards activity...i.e. fiction for the WSR or html or graphics and also deffinetly contact with me as well as amoungst yourselves is important...but you also need to be flying.
