Delta Squadron Weekly Report

Squadron News

-First off, I'm back. My last report was in May, so I've got a lot of catching up to do. I've got a good feeling about this, it's only been one week and our we have upwards of seven pilots :) Nice to return home.
-Second off, Gamma Squadron, with the retirement of CM Sirik Xirok (a Delta alumnus, good luck in Praetorian ;)), and the remaining two pilots are being moved here. Please welcome Valcinius to and Gyssler back to Delta.
-Third off, appointment of FL positions. There's a bit of shifting going on, I put Eric in as FL 3, and Valcinius in as FL 2. I'm moving Firebird up to Flight 1, Colin down to Flight 3, and placing Gyssler in Flight 3. I hope that this situation works out, unfortunately I seem to have the usual overflow of good leaders and not enough flights for them to command ;)
-Fourth off, we need to get active. So far, I've heard from several of you, but I need you all to report in. This week is a freebie, but next week I start AWOL countdowns. In the meantime, fly a bit, talk a bit, and get ready for a competition as soon as I feel we're ready.
-Fifth off, I think that, starting next week, I'm going to start a competition. Each member of the squad is ordered to fly as many missions as possible. Everyone who is able to raise themselves 1 FCHG level by flying battles without using invulnerability or unlimited weapons will receive an IS-BW.

Squadron Orders

-Fly what you can, get ready to beat down some other poor squadron.
-FLs, this is vital. You are required to make a report every Friday detailing the activity you've seen in your flight. Failure to do so for two straight weeks will result in removal from the FL position. You may think this is over the top, but it's one of the reasons, that Delta FLs make great CMDRs elsewhere ;) I expect the first report next Friday.
