COMMANDERS ADDRESS
Good morning pilots, The xwing versus tie fighter Week of war has ended, Myself delak and Gistenjunge have taken part. Nice work guys.
The participation in the event was alot lower than expected, I believe this was more to do with the fact it was held on the zone once more. instead of telarain.
I am refering to particaption as whole and not this squadron by the way, Anyhow
While one war is ending another is beginning. I hope to see some of you in XWA Week of war this week, I know on a personnel note I hope to achieve better success in this event. I forgot how rusty I was in XVT until this week.
After XWA Week of War , We will be having an SP competition with another Elite squadron in the EH, If any of you are unable to fly in this SP event please let me know and i will exclude you from the start and therefore not hurting the squadron average. My orders to prove we are the best come from the grand master himself.
I am hoping to pen this competition in on or around the 15 of July.
I would also like to Welcome LC Daniel goad who joined us this week, This brings me to having achieved my first objective. 9 pilots YaY :)

It seems several people, myself included, are still having a variety of problems with ehnet.org email accounts, whether it be sending emails or receiving. Please double check that your emails are getting through to recipients. The IO is aware of the problems and is working to resolve them soon.
Flight Office Banner Competition

Greetings folks. The Flight Office is in need of TWO new banners, one general banner for the front page and a second to replace the ageing link banner (aww). The main banner can be of any size (within reason) and the link banner should be ideally 400x50 pixels. Format must be gif, jpeg, psp or bmp and should be sent zipped to spellfire@btinternet.com by Sunday 6th July at the latest.
The creator of the winning entry of each banner type will receive an Iron Star w/ Gold Ribbon. An IS-SR will go to second, and an IS-BR will go to 3rd and 4th places.
