I have created a new Epsilon Squadron Web Page at: http://www.epsilon.freehosting.net. I plan on posting news items and announcements (i.e. competitions, orders) on the website, so check it once or twice a week.

This week’s Epsilon Ace goes, once again, to Captain Roger for being the most active pilot. Also, the first Ace of the Month goes to Captain Roger as well. Good job Captain, keep up the good work.

I am still working on a system of Squadron Awards for your ID lines to use in Intra-Squad messages only (with the WC’s approval, of course).

Excellent week pilots. If we can keep up this pace, and even increase it, we can get a step closer to getting recognized as one of the Top Squadrons… If you have time, take some IWATS courses. On a different note-My feelings on Flight Leaders: Flight Leaders are supposed to be the Leaders and Assistants to a Squadron Commander in a Squad. They should keep in contact with both their Commander and the pilots in their Flight. The Flight Leader should be a Model of the TIE Corps pilot, a position that is granted to those that want it and deserve it. I ask that my Flight Leaders uphold these ideals and also assist me in some decisions.
I am in the process of organizing a competition for us with Lambda Squadron. Flight Leaders: give me your thoughts, please.
