Squad News

I’m back from leave. As far as I can tell, there has been no activity in my absence. What’s the deal, guys? I mean, I know this is summer vacation for most of you…but I’d think you could squeeze in a LITTLE activity of some sort somewhere (heck, BECAUSE of vacation, even). Starting this week, I am REQUIRING activity of some sort form each of you (see below). Any pilot that does not comply will be AWOL’d! Enjoy!

Also, while I was away, I was promoted to CPT. Yay.

Squadron Orders

Beginning NOW, you MUST do at least one of these per week or face AWOL! I’m only giving you 2 strikes as I feel I have already given you all plenty of leeway with you previous (WEAK) orders. Know this: This is no idle threat, as I would much rather have a squad of 3 or 4 active pilots that a squad of 7 lay-abouts. Now, get to it!

1) Fly the assigned Citation Run battle
2) Pass an IWATS
3) Create a Graphic
4) Write a fiction
5) Recruit a pilot to Typhoon

Competitions
========================

Last week I mentioned that I had two comps in the works with two of the Chal’s other squads. I am putting them both on hold until I see some activity from Typhoon. No point in having a comp when no one is willing to fly. We suffered enough embarrassment in CSL2 for my taste.

I’d like you all to keep in mind that comps are an excellent way to earn medals. No comps = fewer medals.
