SQUADRON NEWS

-Pretty inactive week this was. Oh, Nuno is on leave. That explains it :P
-An old legend of our squadron, LCM Turbo, once again among us, after almost two years of absence. He didn't informed me of his mail change, so he didn't saw our welcome to him. But rest assured, Turbo, everyone is happy to have you among us :)
-This one just came in. Another legend is among us, a former WC... COL Badlands! Welcome back, BL! You folks respect him, he taught me most what I know as CMDR today. I'm thankful that our squadron can also make some legends return :)
-However, not all is good news. I'm declaring LCM Marek AWOL, for I haven't heard of him the whole month, he's not answering my mails, and there's a rumour that he's out of the TC. Sorry :(
-Jedi Knight 2 has been released. It's not here in Portugal here, but I heard it's really good. You folks better get yet, I doubt you'll see a SW game this good until SW Galaxies comes out :P
-Demon squadron defeated Vampire squadron. Highscore was grabbed by LCM Bobxavi of Demon.
-I'm sorry to report that I'm going on leave all next week. Mark will be A-CMDR once again, and he'll have to write next weekend's report.

SQUADRON STATUS

-Settle down and listen up, this one's important. Our squadron needs a new banner, so I've setup a comp for it. I want everyone who's interested to create a new banner for Phantom squadron. Winner will get a IS-BR, and its banner on the MB and roster page on tc.org. I want it to be something that appeals to the common ace, and so I asked to assist me in choosing the best banner one of our best pilots, someone who hates paperwork. That's right! LCM Deimos will be my assistant in the jury! This comp starts today and ends on the 25th of April. Everything is acceptable, as long as I see "Phantom Squadron" written there. So get painting (and copying, and pasting)!
-Nuno and Mark have until the 12 of April (I added 2 days) to fly XWA-Free 9, to see who's Phantom Ace. Good luck :)
-All these returns have boosted our citations. We now have 18 of them. Hey, lets get 20, shall we? :)
