Avenger Commander had a busy Friday-Saturday-Sunday in RL, working on the new house, getting new cable put ti and mowing the jungle that was the back yard, and new fence at the old house, that is why this report is late. Have to do it at work since I'm too busy at home. >:P


Personnel Transfers:

- Avenger Squadron will lose 2 pilots:
MAJ Pellaeon has left for CMDR of Trapper Squadron, and Johann Glorick will be heading to the reserves. We wish them both good luck!


Medals and Awards:

Az receives an ISM, 22 LoCs, and 2 DFCs! *annoyed he's catching me in CR and I can do nothing about it* >:Þ
Girthy receives 3 LoCs!


Current Competitions:

- There are currently several competitions running at the Squadron level, the Battlegroup level, and the Fleet-wide level. Avengers should participate in as many of these as possible.

Fleet-wide Competitions:

#ehcoc MP Events Several Multiplayer Competitions take place weekly in #ehcoc. You can find a schedule of competitions at The Combat Office . RA Autoris has revamped the entire #EHCOC comp process, eliminating the hosts who were tardy/didn't show up, and comps run for 24 hour periods now! Now, there's no excuse not to fly! except for me, with me broken chicken wing, hehe! 16 days till this thing comes off!!!
Avenger recruitment comp: The 1st round matches will go out later today, more goodies for your uni and hopefully some quality pilots to fill our ranks will come out of this!
Week of War: These are hosted at BSC and flown on the Zone. Info can be found at Battlestats or on theZone. All Avengers should participate at these!
Battlegroup Competitions:

BGCOM's XvT/XWA WoW incentive comp AD Darksaber awards IS-GW/IS-SW/IS-BW to the top 3 ASF winners in each WoW. Az has a stranglehold on the top spot most months, who will step up to challenge him next?
Avenger Competitions:

Avenger Iron Star Competitions Each month Avenger Hosts Five Iron Star Competitions. The Competitions consist of: FCHG-The Pilot who gains the most FCHG in a month, CR-The Pilot who gains the most CR in a month, Avenger Ace-The Pilot who earns the most Pilot of the Week awards in a month, Graphics-The pilot who submits the best graphics in a month, Beat The CMDR-The Pilot who beats the CMDR in a head on MP match.
New Flight Names If you can design new flight names, that I like, you will win a Iron Star.
Recruitment Avenger Pilots will be awarded a Iron Star Bronze Ribbon for recruiting new Pilots!

CMDR's Thoughts

Pilot of the Week Az! Az finished second in XWA WoW, and picked up 2 DFCs this week! I'm proud of his consistency, he is a pilot to look to for anyone who wants to see what an Elite pilot should be doing.

Again, I will be setting up 1st round Avenger recruitment comp matches today and getting them out to all of you who entered. You will have 3 days to set up and fly the match, or explain to me why you couldn't. Those will be judged on a case by case basis. Get to your craft and fly! Who wants to wrestle the Pilot of the Week title away from Az?
