Squad News

New Policy Instated
As all of you are aware, last week I instated a new policy, that, with the exception of Rich who’s on leave, everyone was subject to. Some of you must have thought, or do think, that they are merely words, and if you think that you’re sorely mistaken. This is not a threat but a warning. Anyone with [None] listed below needs to do something in this next week or they will find themselves on the Phoenix in short order.
This policy of mine was not instated as punishment or reprimand to anyone. It is simply my attempt to better the squad as a whole. Our activity over the past month has been unacceptable and needs to change. I realize right now a lot of us are in the middle of finals, myself included, but if that’s the case, and you are unable to fulfill the requirement I’ve put before you, either take a short leave or, if need be, an extended vacation on the Phoenix. The holidays are coming up and RA Darklord has mentioned another ship-wide leave this year. Obviously this will be suspended during that time but once the leave has ended I will expect all of you to again comply with my request. As a note, I am not sure when the ship-wide leave will go into effect, when I know you’ll all know.
Also, I’ve modified the policy to where I will also accept IWATS courses in place of pilot files for the week if you decide not to fly.
Anyone who would like to discuss this with me is free to do so via email, IRC, or AIM. My door is always open.

New Pilot
Everyone welcome Lt.Logan Kale. Logan has realized the error of his ways and left the Sov to join a real ship. : P He joins us from Wing V, and has taken the reigns of Flight 3. Gratz and welcome. Flight 3, please report to him ASAP.

CMDR Leave
As a heads up to everyone, since my Dad is coming back to the correct side of the country for Christmas, I will be spending most of the time he’s here with him. As such, my internet time will be nil at best, so, I’m taking a leave. It will more than likely coincide with the ship’s leave, so It should not be a problem, and I more than likely will not be appointing an A-CMDR. If that changes I will let you all know.
