CMDR’s Thoughts:
Sorry for the delay in getting this sent out. I really did intend on getting this out on Friday, but unfortunately the recent weeks of inactivity within Asp have forced me to take some necessary steps in order to improve things in Asp, and I was waiting on the final processing of some requests to the FO before I sent out this report. The most notable change this week pertains to the FL for Flight 3. I hesitate to remove anyone from a FL position, but after many weeks of inactivity and no help whatsoever in helping with the squadron, I made a final decision to demote LCM Alan and to elevate LT Haztix Vel to the vacant FL position. I’ve mentioned before that I know LT Vel from serving with him in the Hammer’s Fist. While I was his Platoon Commander he served with distinction and quickly was elevated through the ranks and positions because of his hard work and efforts to make both his Squad and Platoon better. I know that I can count on him to put forth the same effort in Asp as a FL. Together, along with LT John Clark, we will have an effective leadership team within Asp, and I foresee some great things in the future!

The following pilots have until Tuesday, December 11th to report in to the Asp CMDR and their respective FL’s:

Failure to report in by Dec. 11th will automatically result in a request for removal from Asp. I’m not ready to lose any more pilots, but I won’t allow any officer to just remain idle and inactive within Asp any longer.
Recruiting
Ok Asp, we are down to 8 pilots now. I’m not sure how else to persuade each of you to try to take a little time each week and see about helping a CT in training, and posting messages on the TC Recruitment Message Board in the hopes of gathering some new pilots! Recruit your friends and family, anyone that enjoys the Star Wars Universe is going to love the EH! So lets get busy and find some new pilots to help rebuild our strength!! ;)
Multi-Player Information – LC Dengar March
The MP comp is coming to an end! COM's gather the information from your WC's who should be gaining the info from their CMDRs.
I want from your ships the following and break it down by squadrons if you will:
1) Pilots who attended MP comps throughout course of COMP
a) losses
b) wins
Since this is solely scored on points for wins and even for loses (participation) this is all the info that I will require.
The winning will become the BGCOM Intimidator and gain the IS-GW!
**Note: Asp pilots, I need your info ASAP in order to get it turned in on time. At this time the only pilot I’m aware of possibly having anything to report is LT John Clark, and I am still awaiting a reply from him at this time regarding this matter. :P
Promotions/Awards:

Ø LCM Sambuca has transferred to the Reserves.
Ø LCM Alan has been demoted as FL of Asp 3-1 and is now a FM in Asp 3-3.
Squadron Commander’s Orders:
Ø All pilots that have not yet reported in to LC Striker need to do so immediately!
Ø All pilots must try to attend the weekly Wing XIV meeting on mIRC channel #wingxiv at 1500 HRS EST.
Ø All pilots are required to dress in the new Standard Duty Uniform during duty hours, and acquire the new Ceremonial Dress Uniform for special occasions. If you are unable to create your own uniform contact LC Striker ASAP and he will make you a new uniform. Emperor's Hammer Crest for X-Wing Alliance – FA Striker
Ever wanted to have the Emperor's Hammer logo displayed at the beginning of custom XWA missions? Check the new official update available in the Tactical Manual. Note: you may not have the Emperor's Hammer crest displayed in old XWA battles, they still need to be updated to allow the use of custom crests.
Volunteers needed! – FA Priyum Patel
The War Officer is looking for volunteers, to test new WarGame rules. If interested, you must have some knowledge of wargaming, and being able to make TIE missions is a big plus. Contact VA Pel if you are able to participate. Remember, those that help out will be rewarded for their work.
