Cmdr Ramblings...
Well, here's the second weekly report with myself as Cobra CMDR. I'd like to see more activity out of the squad. There's still some AWOL checks pending, if you see that next to your name that means unless you mail me back and show a continued interest you will be removed from the squad and placed in the reserves.
Prelude to Andevia Continues...
The Prelude to Andevia competition continues, there is a wide variety of competitions to enter whether you're interested in fiction(writing), single playing flying, Multiplayer flying, or creating graphics. Take a look at www.imperialacademy.org/comps/prelude
Squadron/Wing Competitions...
The Intrepid Platform Challenge ends tonight, We'll have to wait and see how the results shake out. I'd like to thank Vessicant for being the only other person in Cobra who participated by flying battles. I'd like to see much better turn-out in future competitions. You can still sneak in a last minute pilot file to me but to be safe copy Dengar on the mail so in case I don't BSF it, he'll see it came in before the deadline.
Wing News...
Not much to report, the Platform Challenge is winding down. I think myself, and some of the other CMDR's overloaded poor Dengar with our pilot files to BSF. Sorry Dengar :)
Tie Corps/EH News...
RA Locke has been named the new Commodore of the ISD Challenge. Congrats to him.
Colonel Reaper and the other pilots of Wing IV have been awarded the TC Commander's Award for January. I know Reaper from the Dark Brotherhood and am very happy for him and his wing.
Vyacheslav Tiberius Slegr has been appointed the new Chancellor of the Senate (CHS) & Gryffon has been appointed the new Chief Game Master(CGM) of the Fringe. If you're interested in RPG's take a look at the Fringe, it's also apparently going to be the focal point for EH Organization within Star Wars Galaxies when that gets going.
And finally a big congrats to Admiral Havoc who has been named the new Training Officer. Havoc had been serving as CA:XO and i'm sure he'll do fine in his new position. Don't rush out and apply for CA:FO or CA:TO until it's announced they're looking for new people though.
