1. Congrats to BlackHero, Dax, Brian, Nightmare, Sarin and Death Knight for all participating in the WoW and placing Avenger second only to WingXIII activity. In the next XVT WoW, I will expect 90% of the Squadron to participate. I will also expect our squadron to dominate the EH scoring.

2. CPT DarkAlpha will be leaving Avenger to transfer to the reserves. His real life has become a bit more active and he will be unable to stay active. If you get a chance to see him, make sure to say goodbye.

3. CM Death Knight will be replacing CPT DarkAlpha at 3-2. He is an experienced Pilot who participates in the WoWs. His current CR rating is a bit low for our pilots, so it is everyones Duty to help train him in Multiplayer and prepare him to win LoCs. Everyone welcome him aboard.

4. This is an ORDER: all Avenger Pilots are to finish in the top 12 on the Andevia Ladder. Our Current status on the Andevia ladder stands at:

1 IWATS Course=5 Points

Aggressor Strike Force: #EH_ASF on mIRC

Once again, I must say "Great Job". Activity this week was at 100% again. I am very pleased with the amount of Multiplayer this squadron is flying. BUT we could of easily finished first place for all EH divisions at the WoW if all of our pilots would of flown! Admiral Cyric and myself both insist that you learn how to fly on the zone and use battlestats. The next XVT WoW is to be a place for all of us to show our stuff.

I am very upset with some recent reports that Pilots are already considering leaving Avenger Squadron. Let me make this very clear so that no one misunderstands. If you have been an Avenger for less than a month and attempt to transfer out, I will deny your request. I have brought each of you into Avenger because you are good Pilots, also because I trust you. If you defy my trust by using Avenger as a reference in your resume so you can become a CMDR or WC elsewhere, do not expect a very good response from me. I brought you here to be an Avenger. I hope that you take pride in what we have been doing in this squadron. We are without a doubt the most active squadron in the Fleet. 200 LoCs this month. 12 DFCs and domination on the Ladder. You need to take pride in your fellow pilots and this squadron!!! Do not let me here any more of this "Can I apply for CMDR of blah blah" if you have only been here a short time.
