  We have a real problem on our hands men. Activity was in a major slump this last week, and I really don't understand why. I need to see a lot more out of everybody, and yes that includes myself. The very fact that we have 2 men with a possible AWOL message is horrendous. I had hoped to have positive feedback for this week, but there is this on my mind. Flight leaders especially, I need to see a lot more BSFs in my mailbox, along with some LoC messages hopefully. If you try for an LoC, let me know, that is activity too. 

 MSEs came out during this week, I wish I could have said a lot more but that was difficult with the rut we have been in these past two weeks. Please do your absolute best to send me a message each week if you think you won't be able to fly. I'm counting on you guys, we have to make this work together.
