1. As you all know, CM BlackHero has been convicted of cheating. The conviction was based on editing mission files to allow for higher scoring. Guilty or not, I will miss BH. He served well as my FL in two different Squadrons for over 6 months. I appreciate the effort he showed me and the squads we served in together.

2. With the removal of BH from our roster we have decided to place Colonel Brucmack in the position of FL 2. Brucmack has served as an Avenger multiple times and his experience as a MP pilot was the overall deciding factor to promote him to FL. I would also like to state the both Colonel Ian and Major Kyle Katarn were deserving of the position and will be included in Squadron Decisions. Congrats to all who applied. You made the choice very difficult.

3. Captain Dagger and CM Darkmage(formerly CM Sharp) have both arrived to Avenger and have been serving excellently. Great work Men!

5. Avenger has a new Website!!! It is located at http://gandalf.kweeky.net/avenger/ We all owe RA Keldorn a pat on the back for his excellent work in constructing our Website.

6. Avenger has recently been accused of an attempt to Bribe Admiral Cyric to let us win the SCIV. Avengers, please stop sending Cyric checks in the mail.

7. MSE Medals and Iron Stars were awarded to the squadron. Congrats to all who received the goodies.

8. We are currently looking for a new pilot. An Iron Star to the Avenger who finds us a replacement for BH!

9. Congrats to Colonel Ian, Bruc, Sarin, Dax, and Dagger who have all Won DFC's this month!

1. ASFSCIV Reports have the Interpid at over 10,000(??) Points, The GW at 7525, and the Vanguard at 7270. Congrats to all of them for their outstanding output. This looks to be the closest SC ever.

2. Congrats to Former Grey Wolf LCM and constant A/CMDR Delak who has finally received a CMDR position. .

3. The COO is currently working on the new Combat Operations Manual. If you feel you can contribute to this, then speak with Khad.

4. The XO has returned from his two week ban on mIRC. Remember: you should never verbally abuse anyone. If the XO can be banned for his activity, then you can too!

5. Rekio Corsair has been removed as CMDR of Phoenix. He will be greatly missed in the ASF.

THOUGHTS: Competition. It brings out the best in some and the worst in others. ASFSCIV has kicked off with a flurry of activity and accusations. The most recent and most disturbing is the accusation that Avenger was trying to "bribe" Admiral Cyric. The hard work of this squadron and our activity is beyond reproach from any person who would state such a ridiculous statement.

The competition seems to be driving on. The Intrepid is currently leading the way. I am very proud of our efforts and have no doubts that we will catch them. Currently our point totals are(this does not include MP losses and Participating points):
