THUNDERINIAN GETS A NEW OFFICE
Congrats to Dex for being appointed Wing Recruitment Officer. His excellent recruiting secrets that have been instramental in keeping Thunder going will now be shared with the whole wing.

THUNDER vs HAMMER
It was close, but Hammer won. But that's not important because we had excellent participation that will be noted at the end-of-month medal fest!

PRELUDE TO ANDEVIA
This is even bigger than Highlander. Fly TIEFCHG-002 and send your pilot file in a zip file to "striker@tiecorps.org", "jpboyce@indigo.net.au", and "beefment@aol.com" with the email title: "Prelude to Andevia Competition - TIE Battle Submission" before March 7th.

WEEKLY BATTLE ASSIGNMENT (CITATION COUNT: 23)
A citation is awarded for each battle that half the squadron has flown. Don't forget: If you're going to fly a battle, be sure it's one that will earn us another citation! Dex will hand out the assignment soon.

It started this week. Turn001 Reports are due this Wednesday, but it's not likely there will be any battles so soon. I'll keep you posted on a more secure channel.

"The competition is to completely design a format for the forthcoming Challenge Newsletter. Candidates may work in groups or as individuals to produce the layout, including graphics, html, etc.
