Project Hawkeye!
Several months ago the Internet Office announced plans for the first ever
Internet Office Competition, entitled Project Hawkeye. Not much info was released,
and with good reason. Today, we finally present to you the public site for Project
Hawkeye. Linked to it is the URL for the Qualification Test for entering the second
phase of thecompetition. What is the second (and main) stage? It's a series of missions
designed to be completed on the Internet, run by the Hawkeye Admin Team. We well
accept 20-25 people from those that take the Qualification Test to participate.
If you're not accepted, you'll be prepared for the next episode of this competition,
coming this summer, Project Hawkeye II! Don't forget to read the FAQs on the Hawkeye site!

MISCELLANEOUS:
Another week has passed and there are some exciting things in the future.
We will hopefully be squaring off against the infamous Wing II soon...
Whenever the COs get around to arranging it :)
We will also be having a Squadron Competition against Alpha in the beginning
of next month... This WILL be a TIE Battle... so if you're not sure if TIE
works for you then please check it out.. a solution for getting TIE to work
in windows XP has been mailed round to people, if you've misplaced it or something
off that sort then mail me and I'll send you a copy. I want to see everyone
participate or give me a good reason why they don't! :)
But it's not quite yet.. you have a week to tell me if you'll be ready.
Meanwhile our WC is feeling ill. Pryde has helped the citation standings by flying two
XWA battles from the list. I have also flown them but since the WC is ill they haven't
been approved yet so therefore no change in the citations yet.. but there will be as soon
as Murad gets around to it.
The hunt for more citations continues.. refer to the list.
I will be also be sending out a full list if which battles people have flown
because Pryde requested one :)
But there's still plenty battles to fly on the list we have so far Pryde ;)
