Topic: Gym - coming back after vacation
Well. I can tell you coming back to Gym is hell. Especially after 4 months of absence. When i was finishing my training my weight was around 95kgs. Lying on bench i could press up, up to 135kgs. Maybe even 140. It was great.
And now i am back. I am now after 2 days of entensive training. My chest hurts. My biceps' hurt. My ass hurts. My legs hurt. This sucks. My strength is reduced by 5-30%. My weight is now 85kgs. My life sucks :P.
I adice you. Don't leave. Not more than 2 weeks. Of course if you want to achieve anything. Drink mega mass. Use creatine, reduce sugar. Train at least 3 day in week, 6 prefered. Don't use steroids. Why? Ok. You can have great muscles with steroids, but you'll ruin your body. Profesionals use steroid, but doctors watch them. You don't need them. You can press 250kgs without steroids. It's not worth.

10 days left till the end of SCIII. We've got massive lead, but beware. James Bond...err.. Brucmack is near.

"The Abduction"?
The voice in the speaker: "All Squadron Commanders are needed at the bridge". Mike stand up from his bad and was very angry that he have to get up so early. Hmm, strange, what they want in the middle of the night" - he sad. Mike dress up and took the intercom to his hand: "Wake up Crusader's, our command staff have an importanat message for us". Crusaders went out on the corridor in theirs pyjamas. Only Wiesio and Flagellant were not present, but Drako quickly excuse them, and said that they have some problems with Vits bathing tub, and they will be here in a moment. We have no time to waste, Derek you will repeat all my words to them when they come, and he started the monologue. I just received message that I, and rest of commanders are needed at the bridge. And your task is to drees up, and if you will be complayining - Mike put his hand on the blaster... Come on Mike, give us a break said Marcin. We were working a lot yesterday. Yeah, and drinking a lot - Mike finished. Now, dress up, that is an order. Yes, sirr said someone in the crowd. Everyone went to their rooms. Damn I am late, said Mike and started to run. He finally reached the bridge and saw WC. Mike saluted and stand next to the Vortex Commander. At last said WC. I am sorry - said Mike. I had some problems with... err, nevermind. Azazael only glanced on Mike, but if he could kill with his eyes, Mike would be already dead. As you see, he started, there is no Khadgar here. Where did he go? - Valkyrie Commander asked. He has been propably kidnapped - said WC. Everyone was shocked. The Cmdrs were looking at each other and nobody know what to say. Suddenly the WC break off the silence and said: "We are orginising the rescue team" Mike, are your people ready? I think so - he answered. So, your squadron will take B-16 sector. At once sir... Quick, we have no time to spare. Yes, sir! After few minutes all Crusader Sqaudron members were dressed up and ready for start. This is bridge, begin your searching Crusader squadron. You heard Crusader's - said Mike, it's very imprortant mission, we have to save our COM. As you can see, he continued, we all have Assault Gunboats. They have very strong sensors, and finding the shuttle would take 30 minutes maximal and... do you have something else to say Mike, Azazel interrupted. Sorry sir, I love to show my knowledge to others... damn Mike, GO! The searching began. After few minutes the message from sector A-27 displayed on Mike's computer. It's from Vortex - Mike said. They say that they find Khadgars's shuttle. All squadrons - this is Azazel, hyperspace to this sector. Yes sir. Crusader Squadron came out from the hyperspace and saw plenty of imperial starfighters. They were orbiting around the shuttle. Suddenly the Assault Transport with rescue team arrived. They started docking with the shuttle. What is the cituation - asked WC. This is Khadgar. Many voices were cheer in the intercom. Good to here you admiral. What happend? I am really lucky men - said Khad. The pirates diabled my shuttle with hope that I have some goods or money. They came on board and started searching the ship. When the found nothing they left the shuttle, taking only my wallet. They even didn't ask who I am. Of course it is better for me. The most important is that you are alive -said Azazel. Yeah, yeah... Now take me to Grey Wolf. I have to make an order for a new wallet.
