Not much to say this week. Again, it's been quiet so I don't have much to report on. The ISD Immortal seems to be a pretty dead ship right now, and even we wonderful active people of Phantom Squadron have slowed down a bit. It doesn't have to be this way though. If a few of us start being generally active again, and I can find at least one CMDR who has the time to fly a competition against us, we can make a turn around and again become one of the best squadrons in the whole fleet.

I know I haven't been very active either (not in the conventional sense), but I will work hard this week to give a good example. I will fly, I will learn and I will work ...and I'm hoping that this will rub off on the rest of you.

So here is your mission, pilots. I want to see at least one piece of activity from everyone this week. Fly a mission, do an IWATS course, submit something to a newsletter, or anything else like that. Make sure I know about it so I can post it in your activity records for the next report. If anyone's report next week says "no recordable activity" I'll get on your back until you actually do something. And remember, a good Monthly Squadron Evaluation is always rewarded.

• Post on the Phantom Message Board more often. It can be found in the Squadron Forums on http://www.tiecorps.org/mb/
• Recruit!!! If I can do it, ANYONE can!!!
• Give me some BSFs to do. If there are any missions you haven't flown, then get flying. If you've completed them already, then why not go for the highscores as they may be useful in a future competition.

Comments: As well as my CMDR duties, I have been working on various newsletters and helping keep the IW Support Division afloat. I have been putting a lot of work into this squadron though, making sure I keep contact going between me and the pilots.

Comments: Jari has been as busy as possible. The only reason I have not got an competition entry yet is because he is having trouble beating the battle. He has been spotted asking for advice.

Comments: I am back in contact with Nekura. Apparently, his little disappearance was because he has started work and has less time. He has been keeping up with e-mails though. Also, he has promised to fly more.
