Heres the first report under my belt, and its been a while since I have done one of these things so just let me know if I'm leaving anythinbg out or if you have idea on what else I should put in here.

Squad Business

1.)Website- Do we have a functioning website? The link given on the page is dead so if anyone can help me out here it would be of great assistance...
IF we have no website, I will be taking volunteers to have one created. So any of you with HTML skills are welcome to put one up and the better the quality, the better the reward. If no one desides to create a site it will be made by someone out of the squad or if worse comes to worse I can take care of it.
2.) AWOL Check, after sending out the opening e-mail I have been in contact with only three of you. In order to get things going everyone has five days (August 28th) to get in contact with me to stick in the squad. Keep in mind I don't demand ultra-activity (although it would be nice) but I do require that you keep in touch with e-mail and fly in any comps we're in if this is done we should all be golden.
3.) RECRUIT, RECRUIT, RECRUIT
Our squad is considerably understaffed right now so this should be the main priority of the entire squad to fill these empty slots. I just got done e-mailing numerous cadets on the PLT Daedalus. ISMs will be given out to any member who gets new pilots into our squad that are active... (in order to get the ISM they need to contribute to the standards I described above)
4.) Competitions
Once we get settled I will be taking ideas and comments concerning competitions or various intersquad activities, let me know what you want to do... I wouldn't mind kicking some ass
5.) Communication
I can't recommend enough the downloading of AOL instant messenger and mIRC.. it takes about five minutes to set up and you can get in contact with EHers not just in our squad but fleet wide... anyone that is interested please let me know
