We had a submission for the Typodemon Comp, and I have made my decision for the first weeks winner! Here it is:
CM Wes Janson strolled down the corridor, alone. Passing some mangled young LT corpses, he assumed that he would find his old friend, teh TyPoDeMoN! Not long down the corridor, low and behold, there he was in all his ugliness... RA Khadgar!! (No! Just kidding :P ) The TYPODEMON! This week, he was not sure what to do. He stood there, thinking... and, out of nowhere, CM Hev Randrowan came running down the corridor with an odd plastisteel tube.
Hev quickly ran past Janson at top speed, and aimed the tube at teh Typodemon. He squeezed what appeared to be a trigger and out of the end of the tube came a stream of brown Peanut Butter. Turning quickly, Hev shouted:
"Word to the wise! HIDE!" Janson nodded and dove into an opportunisticly placed alcove. Watching out of the alcove, he saw a large purple object running down the hallway. As it neared, he saw it to be... LC BRAKKA! In all his Purple Monsterish Blob glory bearing down on the Peanut Butter covered Typodemon. Having heard of the one called Brakka, the Typodemon did run... with the one called Brakka hot on his heels.
Congrats Hev! VERY original, very funny! Your IS-BR is on the way :)
This is my replacement for the 'Miscellaneous' section. Just some things to point out this week.
We are officially nearing the end of Khadgar's Retribution Competition, with only three days left! In that time, we have two MP comps! I want to see all of you there for one last burn to glory! Even if you lose your match, it's still worth a point for us! So, come on out and support your team!
Next, with the beginning of ImpStorm II, I would ideally like to see everyone with XWA out there fighting for us. I will only be able to access it from my cousins computer, so that will limit my fight time. Even if you don't have XWA, show your support by heading out and cheering our Task Force on!
Third: Some sad news this week. LC (Newly promoted, Congrats!) Marcin Szydlowski has stepped down as Crusader CMDR to rejoin the ranks of the Flight Member's. Going to take some getting used to, not seeing you as CMDR anymore :) His replacement has already been selected, and has begun his duties earlier today. That would be CM Marcin Kaczynski, congrats!
Well, finally, I am moderately happy with activity this week. I want to see a whole lot more battles crossing my desk next week! I will be flying like there's no tommorrow starting saturday, and I want you guys to do the same. So, Khad, Azazel, get ready for some serious BSFing!
