- I had a solo TIE match against CM Darknyte of Nu. We flew TIE Free #105 and I lost horribly.

Things have been quiet around here lately. I guess everyone is off flying missions (I hope).

I know I've been doing a heck of a lot more flying in the last week than I've done since I first bought TIE Fighter. I've flown a couple of ladder matches for XWA - loosing badly each time - but that's not the point! I've been having great fun flying and it;s really made for some good conversation on the IRC channels. I have even gone so far as to install Jedi Knight on my system - let's see if maybe I can do a little better with that. It all comes down to practicing I suppose. And practicing is something I need to do more of obviously. I recently had a challenge match against CM Darknyte of Nu Squadron and was soundly beaten. We flew Free TIE #105 and he easily outscored me by about 30-35K! Good job DN! As a result, I have had to change my info line on the EH IRC channels for one month. The search for Pavel's replacement continues. I have one or two possibilities, but if not, I think we might have a huge, one-mission comp to determine eligible pilots for consideration. More on that later...

In the mean time - get out there and fly TC #157! I want to beat Epsilon!
