Flayer Report # 12 (2001-05-23)

This report was submitted by CPT Predator

Significant Events of Adulthood: About 4 years after, I found my brother joined the Alliance, in which I found the shady characters working for the Rebels, which contacted my brother. After I found this out, I never made contact with my brother, but one day while landing at another planet in the Velada sector, found a group of people who asked me to come with them into this alleyway on Baras II. One took out a mysterious pole and swung it at me, but my quick reflexes caught the pole, pushed it aside, and pulled the man to the floor as I took his pole and pointed it at his chest. The group of men was impressed and asked me if I would be interested in learning more of this art. I agreed to join and I was then taken to a planet; I can't remember the name of, and taught the art of Teras Kasi, a mysterious fighting art like the Jedi but different from the fact, it uses a lot more attacks than using a power for knowledge and defense. My instructor and master was Arden Lyn, and she was like a mother to me in every way. I soon learned the art well and fought many competitions against other trainees and finally my instructor. I lost but my instructor saw my potential and gave me good advice for my future. In the coming months, we developed a deeper relationship, and soon fell in love. However at the time, where it seemed we might marry, she was contacted by the Empire to take part in a secret mission. She told me that her mission was to serve the Empire in punishing the Alliance, which I approved of, but I knew something was wrong. She told me, she would be back in a few weeks. I remember seeing her on the shuttle as I kissed her and never stopped looking into her beautiful eyes, as the shuttle flew away. It must've been months since I last saw her, because I never heard or saw the shuttle return, until one day where it came back and brought me news that my love, was killed on a planet by a Jedi and soldier in the New Republic. It took no more convincing from there, as I told the officer to wait for 20 mins, as I returned with a bag of clothes and picture frame of my love, Arden Lyn. I asked him to show me where I can join the Empire, and from there my journey followed as I joined the Empire, and instead of using my hate and anger for the Alliance as to learning the ways of the Sith, I would learn how to fly TIE Fighters.

Flayer Report #12
-------------------------

We have made it to are third month without being closed down which is good so give yourself a pat on the back, it seems fitting that after three months we welcome back the only surviving member of those early days LT. Shade. LT. Shade has returned to us after having big problems with his ISP so buddy welcome back!
Exams are still the bane of the squadron but some of you are still popping up with little pockets of activity so I think we will survive this testing time.

The squadron is doing well but after exams are finished we will be doing a full squadron review to see how we can improve.
Umm…. I cannot help but notice that no one has taken up my offer being an Acting Commander. Oh well it was worth a try to get a week off: p this offer is still open so if anyone is interested tell me.

So this is hopefully how we will keep WC own! The best way to do this is if each of you submit a report on Tuesday or Wednesday and I will add it all up add mine and then we will have are final score.

Comps

Ok last week’s comps were won by ……

Flying comp – Sharp who was also the only one to send a pilot file in (and well within the deadline as well a first for him: p)
Non-Flying – Ha I won!!! So no medals get awarded

This week’s comp’s are.

Flying comp will be TC-TIE 11
And the non-flying comp will be a fiction comp this time it is a complete open one you can write about anything Star Wars related and it must be in by Tuesday

Standing orders

Inform me of all clones (Including DB)
Inform me of all medals and promotions within the DB
Do at least one thing per week – if any pilot fails to do this and does not contact me with a reason they will be classed as AWOL if you are AWOL twice in a month you leave and are put in the reserves
Every month I will contact each of you either via e-mail or live on-line to discuss your progress (Medals, promotions ideas etc.) Failure to respond will result in a pilot being classed as AWOL.
If you do anything which I am not sent an automatic e-mail then write to me yourself! (I can reward if I do not know what you are doing)
If you note that a BSF has not been done with in 36 hours something is wrong! Mail me with the file again as it may have been lost.
If you feel that you deserve a medal or promotion TELL ME! I will never say no what I might say is “ you need to do this… ”
Sending me ideas is considered activity all of them are noted and the really good ones earn rewards you may not feel your idea is much good however I may think it is great SEND THEM TO ME.
And finally and most importantly being Cruel to my goldfish is a court-martial offence and I will have you shot!

Activity Records

CPT Predator – lots more battles this week and 3 LoC’s as well (188)

LT. Sirel Dukat- working on the DB-TIE’s so we can get are citations back

LCM Brightsaber – Completed TIE Mission creation at IWATS (let’s see if you can do us some missions about Flayer!) (15)

LT Drosha Krablaad - Contacted me he is currently having RL pressures and will report in soon

LT Shade – We welcome back Shade however he needs sometime to get himself sorted

LT Sharpthief – Won the comp, he also has done a lot of work on the website (30)

SL Mikhail Rheinhardt – I need you to do something this week or you are off to the reserves the next if you need help then mail me.

Final Rant!

In other squadron news I have appointed Brightsaber to the position of Training officer.
This position means he will help and advise all new pilots and he will also mail cadets offering them help from Flayer Squadron.
I have also appointed Sharp to the position of Technical officer as he has affectively been doing the job all ready in looking after are website so if you have an ideas he is the man to speak to.

We are in a state of sleep somewhat because of school and RL pressures but we are still doing well so everyone keep it and remember to send me mails on anything you do.
