Each night on Saturday February 10th, Sunday February 11th and Monday February 12th, we will host a watch party of Star Wars the original trilogy, doing a movie a night.
Each night we meet up at 8:45 pm est on EH’s discord to stream the movies from official sources starting at 9 pm est.
We are allowing no more than 15 people to participate a night with strict rules of no talking during the movie so Miguel doesn’t miss anything. This is because, and what makes this a very special event that we’re all very excited for, LT Miguel Garcia has never seen these movies and knows nothing about them. There will be an intermission about half way through each movie where a brief discussion can be had and any questions can be answered, then after each movie a round table will be held for further discussion. These 6 discussions (2 each movie) will have the audio recorded and afterwards can be uploaded to YouTube if interesting or entertaining enough as I’ve seen big numbers from such things before. I will serve as moderator of the discussions and we’ll take turns making comments or answering any questions Miguel may have. If it gets hectic I’ll implement a policy that when someone has something they want to say next they post “Next” in the group chat and I’ll then call people in the order of when they sent “Next”.
A second channel may be open for overflow where text based conversations can be held during the movies.

An IAR for each EH member who participates for the vast majority of any nights movie and a second IAR for EH members who do so for all 3.
