With 12 pilots and 12 months of the year, I assigned a pilot to each month at random. At the beginning of each month I get with the pilot for that month and discuss their choice for any movie or show rated PG-13 or less and all days and times that work for them to watch it.
I then make a survey containing every date and time that was chosen and the members of Rho go through and click on every date/time listed they are available for and willing to participate in. After 72 hours whatever date/time with the most available participants is chosen and announced.
On the agreed upon day we meet up and the person whose month it is (or whoever has access to it) screen shares on EH’s discord and we as a group, hang out and watch it together. Talking, making jokes or just enjoying the show.
I’ve had 2 successful watch parties so far to make sure people will participate and I’m making it Battlegroup wide because we’ve already had a couple pilots outside Rho show interest and actually join in.

For every 2 months a person participates they earn an IAR.

For each person whose month it is and they participate they earn an IAR.
