If a member is able to think up new flight/squadron nicknames or mottos, they will have earned a IS-BR. Nicknames and mottos may be won by separate people, thus requiring 2 IS-BRs. (ie - pilot A gets IS-BR for the best nicknames and Pilot B gets IS-BR for best mottos.) I will judge the suggestions should multiple submissions be sent.
