When you think about the legends of Battlegroup III, names like 'Dempsey', 'Phalk', 'Hermann', 'Bonini', or even 'Silwar' may come to mind. While they may be skilled pilots and leaders, who helps them?

The support staff of Battlegroup III- the cooks, the janitors, the turbolaser-battery-cleaners, the navigators, the barbers, the doctors, the captains of the Interdictors and Cruisers, the executive assistant who picks out Silwar's special holiday pajamas when it's time for him to crawl into bed, smelling like stale cigars and Chalquila- are those who keep this ship running smoothly.

For this competition, you will create a character with a name, a background, and a job. What do they look like? What is it that they do? How did they get there? Are they happy with their jobs? What are their feelings on the current state of the fleet? How do they drink their Chalquila?

More detail is better, although I'm not grading on length. Top postings will become immortalized in the EH Wiki and may appear in later custom battles.
