For the months of November and December, recruit as many people as you possibly can to join the Emperor's Hammer.
The recruits count only if they make it past the rank of Cadet (i.e. at least SL and be allocated to a Squadron).

5th Place: IS-BR
Every 5 successful recruits: IS-CR
