Description:	A new year, a new banner! With the new year, I'd like to see a new banner for Beta Squadron, as the current one is a bit updated in my taste. IS-SR or IS-BR for the winner, depending on the number of entries. There's not a lot of requirements, as long as it's good looking and represents Beta squadron.
