Each month, the total of SP, LoS and LoCs are counted, one point each for each pilot in the squadron. The total number is the pilot's score for performance and it is compared with that of the previous month. If a pilot manages for example, to make 50 points in a month and 75 points in the next, he improved 25%. If another pilot goes from 10 points from 12 points then grew 20%. The idea is to motivate pilots to compete against their own statistics and get them flying.
