Every pilot in Wing V will be assigned an FCHG goal! (according to they're current rank and they're activity level, I will give him an FCHG number or rank to attain) they will have 2 months to get to they're goal, the pilot that gets there first wins an IS-SW, every other pilot who reaches it gets an IS-BW!!
