Submit to me any fiction or Graphics for anything TC, and the judges (To Be Decided Later) will judge. Whoever has the best graphic will receive an Is-BR and whoever authors the best fiction will get an IS-BR. Don't forget to also submit the fiction and graphics you submit for this competition to the Great Works Competition.
